The market produces 90% with sales rated above 60% within the country. With respect to the types of cosmetics in Chinese markets, products of skin care is first in the list with 35% share, products of hair care sharing 28%, and products of make up taking up 29% share, and others are perfumes. According to the cosmetic insiders, the total sales of the cosmetics will probably reach to RMB 80 billion and amount to 12.9% per annum. These are two immensely different concepts. To use a political analogy: Clearly, decisions must be made, but when those decisions are made by one person, it becomes authoritarian. The model of the architect as artist is thus structurally and intrinsically authoritarian, because the idea is that the architect's vision as to how to implement stakeholder needs is implemented and other people in the chain such as customers and workers are irrelevant. Each worker, each customer, each visitor, each policy-maker brings their own touc h to the art that is the final building, sometimes a vital one. The architect tries to form order out of chaos, a chaos that it assumes into existence but has no independent reality, just like all other authoritarians, and does so by trying to make it so that others in the process merely carry out orders and directives or by managing their perturbations and deviations from his ideal vision. Doesn't this mean all art is authoritarian? There is a truth to that, but the authoritarian nature of the self is also called â€Å"autonomy†. When a painter is authoritarian about their process, they are committing no great wrong. They are the only person directly involved, and a customer is free to accept or reject their painting. But architects are far from this. An architect will build public spaces that must be used by people who had no direct veto power or influence into the style being built. This becomes especially true when one considers the idea of artistic spaces being imposed u pon people because they are artistic, to enrich the philistine. This attitude is fundamentally elitist: If most people don't care about artistic spaces, then imposing that onto them is anti-democratic.

Different Types Of Computer Memory In earlier computers, the most common form of random-access storage for computer main memory employed an array of doughnut-shaped ferromagnetic loops referred to as cores. Hence, main memory was often referred to as core, a term that persists to this day. The advent of, and advantages of, microelectronics has long since vanquished the magnetic core memory. Today, the use of semiconductor chips for main memory is almost universal. In computing, memory refers to the state information of a computing system, as it is kept active in some physical structure. The term memory is used for the information in physical systems which are fast such as RAM, as a distinction from physical systems which are slow to access such as data storage. By design, the term memory refers to temporary state devices, whereas the term storage is reserved for permanent data. Advances in storage technology have blurred the distinction a bit -memory kept on what is conventionally a storage system is called virtual memory. Computer memory can divide into two types: volatile and non-volatile. Volatile memory is a kind of memory that power supply is needed to maintain the stored information. Semantic Random Access Memory (SRAM) and Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) are currently common known semiconductor volatile memory technology. Non-volatile memory is computer memory that can retain the stored information even the power is switched off. Examples of non-volatile memory technology are Read Only Memory (ROM), flash memory, most types of magnetic computer storage devices such as hard disks, floppy disks and magnetic tape. Main Memory Random Access Memory (RAM) is a form of computer stored. It is responsible for stacking away data on a temporarily basis, so that it can be promptly accessed by the processor. Usually, information that stored in RAM is loaded from computers hard disk, included data related to the operating system and certain applications. The weakness of RAM is when the system switched off; RAM will lose all stored information. However, the data still remain stored and can be retained only when the system is running. Computer system is more likely to operate at a slow speed if the RAM is getting full but the data can be retrieved in any random order by computer to back to normal speed. The common examples of RAM are Static RAM (SRAM) and Dynamic RAM (DRAM). Their memory ranges widely, and a user may choose the memory depending on the data needed to be stored and accessed. Memory capacity of computer hard disk are normally used is 120GB to 500GB. Computer hard disk is a non-volatile, random access device for digital data. It features rotating rigid platters on a motor-driven spindle within a protective enclosure. Data is magnetically read from and written to the platter by read or write heads that float on a film of air above the platters. With the rapidly growth of science and technology, we are having external hard disk that more portable than the computer hard disk. The popular capacity of external hard disk is between 320GB to 500 GB. Removable make this hard disk quickly spread to users and they prefer it then other. Flash memory is a kind of non-volatile memory which is intended to contribute to portable storage and a convenient transfer of data from 1 computer to another. Memory card and USB flash devices are some modes of flash memory. Partnership transportation involves integration of various bodies in the transport sector. Partnership in transportation sector can be classified into two categories. First there is incorporation of all means of transport, this include pipeline transportation method, railway transportation method, airway, shipment, road transportation methods. Second, there is integration of private companies and people that own the vehicles, marine ships, airbuses and pipelines, chamber of commerce and industry that has the potential human resource powers to innovate new technologies that enhance fuel saving, and other automobile associations. It has enabled the world to be seen as a global village. In essence, partnership transports easies the work of transportation and collaboration in the sector and other chambers of commerce.   However, the controversies and negative effects should be dealt with immediately when they arise. Safer means of transport should be innovated to avoid negative impact such as pollution to the environment, air pollution and water pollution. Therefore, it is of great importance to associate all stakeholders in transportation sector e.g. oil companies should manufacture lead free fuel to lessen the negative impact caused by the fuel.   Actually, the engine life and service is directly related to the amount of fuel burned. In essence, the reduction of driving speed can minimize the cost of repairing the engine. The maximum automobile driving speeds can be minimized through electronic software engine controlling mechanism, improved driver-training programs, or I house programs that motivate drivers for abiding with the rules and regulations. Almost, all new automobile engines in use today are electronically manipulated and the cost of changing the highest acceleration setting on these engines is to some extent negligible. Physics Lab Report

Purpose Determine the acceleration in a quick sprint. Question What would the participant’s acceleration be if he/she sprints forward in a positive direction? Hypothesis/Prediction When a person sprints forward, it means he/she speeds up. Consequently, the acceleration should be positive. When the velocity accelerates at a constant rate, the acceleration should remain constant. Therefore, if the participant is moving toward a positive direction and the speed increases, then the acceleration should be positive and constant. Materials * Ticker Tape Machine * Ticker Tape * Tape * Ruler * Pencil * Graph paper Carbon paper Procedure * A piece of Ticker Tape and a Ticker Tape machine were taken. * Ticker Tape machine was plugged in. * One side of the Ticker Tape was attached to the back of a participant. * The other side of the Ticker Tape was inserted through the Ticker Tape machine. * A piece of carbon paper was placed on top of the Ticker Tape and was pinned on the machine. * The machine was started. * The participant sprinted forward. * The machine was stopped. * The used Ticker Tape was collected. * The machine was unplugged. * Using a ruler, a pencil and the Ticker Tape, all the data were recorded on a Data Table. Using the Data Table the position versus time graph and the velocity (instantaneous) versus time graph were plotted. Analysis There were in total of 37 dots recorded on the piece of the Ticker Tape. Every sixth dots represented the 1/60th of one second. Because of the lack of the information, as shown on the Data Table, every third dots were used to expand the amount of data for the more accurate results. Thus, every third dots were used to represent the half of 0. 1 second. Therefore, on both of the position versus time and velocity (instantaneous) versus time graphs, the x-axis value (the time value) went up by 0. 5 seconds. On the position versus time graph, a curved line was drawn due to the increase of the runner’s speed for each 0. 05 seconds. The runner started at 0 second from 0 centimeters and then stopped when the runner’s position was at 0. 65 seconds and 80. 1 centimeters. Also, the curved line on the graph continuously rose upward which meant that the runner never moved backward or slowed down. As evidenced by the velocity (instantaneous) versus time graph, the velocity was the lowest when it was 0 cm/s at 0 second and the highest when it reached positive196 cm/s at 0. 5 seconds. The difference of the velocities was the greatest between 0. 05 seconds and 0. 1 second. Also, the difference was the smallest between 0. 45 seconds and 0. 5 seconds. The two lines of best fit were used for more accuracy due to the scattered dots – which showed the calculated velocities of the specific time intervals – that were plotted on the graph. The first line was illustrated to show the readers the time interval of 0 second to 0. 275 seconds. The second line was used to show the time interval of 0. 2 75 seconds to 0. 65 seconds.Compared to the second line, the first line was drawn steeper due to the larger differences of the velocities of the specific time intervals. For the answer of this report’s question as listed above, when the runner sprinted forward toward a positive direction, the acceleration was able to be calculated from the velocity (instantaneous) versus time graph. In fact, there were two different accelerations during the whole time of 0. 65 seconds. Acceleration could be calculated by measuring the slopes of the velocity (instantaneous) versus time graph which were represented by the two lines of best fit.As shown on the graph, the first line was marked as and the second line was marked as . As seen on the Determination of the Acceleration page of this report, the following mathematical solutions were processed for the solution of the question. * Line * V2 = 134. 2 cm/s * V1 = 0 cm/s * t 2 = 0. 275 s * t 1 = 0 s * Acceleration = (134. 2 cm/s – 0 cm/ s) / (0. 275 s – 0 s) = 488 cm / s2 * Line * V2 = 196 cm/s * V1 = 134. 2 cm/s * t 2 = 0. 65 s * t1 = 0. 275 s * Acceleration = (196 cm/s – 134. 2 cm/s) / (0. 65 s – 0. 275 s) = 165 cm / s2With these two accelerations, it can be analyzed that the runner ran faster during the last 0. 375 seconds than he did during the first 0. 275 seconds. Evaluation This experiment examined the acceleration of a runner when sprinted toward a positive direction. Supported by the evidences and the results of this experiment, one of the two hypotheses stated above was proven false. The runner sped up in a positive direction in a straight line. Hypothetically, the velocity should have been accelerated at a constant rate so that the result could be a constant acceleration.However, according to the data collected, the runner’s first acceleration was 488 cm / s 2 from 0 second to 0. 275 seconds and the second one was 165 cm / s 2 from 0. 275 seconds to 0. 65 seconds. Since there were two different accelerations for 0. 65 seconds, there could not be a constant acceleration. Thus, the prediction of the acceleration being constant was falsified. On the other hand, the other part of the hypothesis was proven true. Theoretically, the acceleration of the runner should be positive because the runner sprinted in a positive direction.As evidenced by the two lines of best fit on the velocity (instantaneous) versus time graph, the slopes were positive due to their upward direction. Hence, since the slopes of the velocity versus time graph represented the person’s acceleration, the runner’s resulting accelerations were positives. To conclude, when the original hypotheses were compared to the calculated results, the first part – â€Å"there should be constant acceleration† – was rejected, on the contrary, the second part – â€Å"there should be a positive acceleration† – was accepted.There were several difficulties when this experiment was performed. For example, the Ticker Tape was so fragile that when the runner started to dart, the tape sometimes got ripped. Thus, it was a challenge to gather enough information to observe and analyze the results. Also, because of the rapid motion of the pin on the Ticker Tape machine, the carbon paper that was placed on top of the Ticker Tape continuously fell off from the machine. In addition, the loud noise produced from the machine created disturbing environment.To improve this lab, advanced technologies such as motion sensors could be used to keep the quiet atmosphere. Lastly, hand-drawn graphs and hand-measured values aren’t always correct. Consequently, they can lead the observers to the wrong conclusions. Therefore, using advanced graphing programs such as Graph 4. 4 could be used for more valid results. To summarize, to avoid miscalculations, advanced technologies and softwares must be used for more precise and accurate products.

The title of the story introduces the main hero- the girl. It is clear that the girl is in the center of action, which states the cause of the conflict. The words on the bus determine the place of the story. It doesnt mean that the main action takes place exactly on the bus, but it could mean the surrounding of the story. In my opinion, the author by the words on the bus wanted to hint at the changeable setting of the story. The exposition starts with the words Once leaving Haga and finishes with the words Naturally, he felt nervous, frustrated, and dull. The exposition lies in the opening the point of the story. The exposition presents the setting. It presents the place and gives short information about the place and time. The first event takes place in a park in Stockholm, on a winter day. There is no any other description about place; the information about the place is very short. Also the first sentence gives the name to the main hero, who is named by Harry. The event takes place in a park, where Harry met the girl and the beauty of the girl took his breath away. The main action of the exposition is that Harry immediately fell madly in love with her. We find the beginning of the conflict when the girl cast the glance at him, but he never knew whether she saw him at all, or looked past or through him. The exposition is very important because it says about future conflict. We see in that part the position, feelings, emotions of the men, who is waiting for her reaction and attention. To describe the strength of the feelings and emotions of the men the author uses the strong words such madly, alone, nervous...
